Dr. K.N.S. Kang, an academician, an entrepreneur and an achiever is basically an electrical engineer, with Post-graduation in business management and doctorate in marketing management. A unique mix of an intellecutal, a sportsman and artist, dr. Kang has always achieved merit and distinction in education, sports and cultural holder in state higher secondary examination, national level athlete and a winner in inter-university prestitious Shaheed Bagat Singh State Youth Award for overall excellence by the then Governor of Punjab. honourable Mr. S.S. Ray. Dr. Kang worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Management, PAU, Ludhian and has fourteen years of professional experiance to his credit. He had been the adivsor to all India Management Association Nodal Centre for imparting post-graduate level management educatiion in Ludhiana for four years. His fields of expertise include marketing management, international business and advertisement management. He has been guiding various research projects on different management problems and current business environment. Sandhir Sharma

Sandhir Sharma is working as Assistant Professor with Punjab College of Technical Education, Ludhiana since 1999. He obtained his Post Graduation from Punjab University, Chandigarh. He has great interest in environment education and computer application. He has over 10 years of industry experience to his credit working with various industrial concerns. He has four years of teaching experience and has contributed and presented number of research papers in national and international seminars. He has undertaken number of researches and is actively involved in various consultancy projects. Recently he visited Bangladesh and was instrumental in singing of MoU with AIUB, Dhaka.
