Dr. H.L.Kalia, presently Reader and Head, Postgraduate Department of Psychology, SNDT Womenâ€™s University, Mumbai. Dr. Kalia has over 20 years professional experience and has to his credit several projects with ICSSR, UGC and World Health Organisation; and has authored 12 books, 10 monographs, and a large number of articles for newspapers, magazines and journals. He has also appeared several times on television for providing his experts views. Recently Dr. Kalia represented India at the International Democratic Education Conference 2003 at Albany, New York.
