In order to give a comprehensive list of Indian trees, a summary article on panoramic view of Indian trees including botanical names, local names, time and colour of flowering and propagation method is also appended. It is hoped that this book will serve the purpose of students, teachers, scientists, NGOs, architects, policy planners, land scappers, etc in their pursuits on the ornamentation of cities.
