Dr. Sunil Patel has 20 years of experience in research and teaching.  He has to his credit a number of papers and eleven books.  He has also presented his research in many National and International seminars/conferences.  His present interest is quality assessment of food grains, vegetables and fruit crops.

Dr. Rukam S. Tomar has been working as Assistant Professor in Biotechnology at Junagadh Agricultural University.  He has done his Ph. D. in Plant Breeding and Genetics.  He has published 20 research papers in different National and International Journals and has also contributed two book chapters.

Dr. Harsukh Gajera ahs 13 years experience in research, teaching and extension.  He has published 11 research papers in National and International reputed journals and two books.  He has also attended many national seminars/symposia/symposium/conferences.  He is currently working as Assistant Professor (Biochemistry) at Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh, Gujrat.

Dr. B.A. Goalkhiya has been engaged in research and post-graduate teaching since last twenty five years.  He received the young scientist award of India Science Congress and Zonal awards of Indian Soil Science Society.  He has also been honored by International Potash Institute, Switzerland and Dead Sea works, Israel, for his outstanding research work.  He was fellow of the Academy of Plant sciences, India.  He has several research papers, popular articles and seven books of his credit.  He has been PI of half a dozen National and International Research Projects and has guided many post-graduate students.  Currently he is heading several research projects of Biochemistry, biotechnology and Food Technology of the Department of Biochemistry.

M.V. Parakhia has been working as assistant professor in Biotechnology at Junagadh Agricultural University.  He has done his M.Sc. in Microbiology and has an experience of 4 years in teaching microbiology and biotechnology at graduation level.
