Sarita Seshagiri

Sarita Seshagiri holds M.A. and M.Phil from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She also holds a Ph.D. from National University of Singapore, Singapore. She worked as a Consulting Editor at Icfai Business School Research Centre, Bangalore. She has about three years of experience in Social Anthropology studies on the IT industry and cross cultural issues. Presently she is working as a Research Consultant at Motorola Labs, Bangalore.

Rajul Gajendra Joshi

Rajul Gajendra Joshi holds and MBA in business information technology from University of Technology, Sydney. She was working as a Faculty Associated at Icfai Business School Research Centre, Banglore Prior to joining Icfai she worked in India with IISC's Centre for Scientific adn Industrial Consulting and in Australia with a retail firm. Presently, she is a Faculty member at the MIT School of Government and School of Business, Pune, India.
