About the authors

John Toplis

John Toplis, a chartered occupational psychologist, joined the Post office in 1984 as head of psychological services. Aptitude and other tests form part of many of the assessment centre and other selection and development procedures for over 200,000 staff employed by the Post Office business.

Victor Dulewicz

Victor Dulewicz is a chartered occupational psychologist, a Fellow of both The British Psychological Society and the Institute of Personnel and Development, and a member of the Institute of Directors.

Clive Fletcher

Clive Fletcher is Professor of Occupational Psychology at Goldsmithâ€™s College, University of London. He is the author of more than 100 books, articles and conference papers in this area.
