S. Vijaya Kumar

S. Vijaya Kumar, M.A., Ph. D. is working as a fellow in the RBI Chair at Council for Social Development, Southern Regional Office, Hyderabad, India, Being a trained Anthropologist, in his 16 years of service, executed several micro and macro level research studies on Poverty, Gender, Social Security Aging and so on and most of his studies were sponsored by World Bank, UNDP, ICSSR and Govt. of India. To his credit, he has Four Books and more than 50 papers in the National and International journals. He is the chief Editor of Indian Journal of Social Development published from New Delhi. He is currently engaged in the work of the Second National Commission on Women, Government of India.

D. Vasudeva Rao

D.Vasudeva Rao, M.Sc., M.A. Ph. D. is working as Senior Fellow in the Council for Social Development, Southern Regional Office, Hyderabad, India. He is a Development Economist, and expert in the field of Poverty Studies, Urban slums. Gender development and Command Area development. He is having 20 books published on the subjects of his specialization, and published more than 90 research papers in the National and International journals. The National and International Agencies such as ODA have supported most of his research projects. At present Dr. Rao is working on the research project entitled Emancipation of Women Through Participation.

R. Venkata Ravi

R. Venkata Ravi, M.A. Ph. D. is working as Associate Follow in the RBI Chair at the Council for Social Development, Southern Regional Office, Hyderabad, India. He is a Development Researcher with specialization in the Rural Development. He has published about 15 papers on various aspects of the Rural Development in reputed National and International journals. As Project Officer and Consultant, he has associated with the State Governments of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil.
