Synopsis The importance of the subject of Delegation of Legislation Powers cannot be denied, and urgency to solve the problem with continued efforts of reform cannot be abandoned. Ipso facto, the present book highlights the legal infrastructure of delegation of legislative powers within legal system; it's historical perspective, it's judicial ambit and scope. This book mainly deals with the manner and methods as to how delegation of powers should function and operate, not merely to ensure harmony in social relationship but also to ensure justice. The present book examines our current delegation of legislative powers system which is directly connected with small man's causes. It is hoped that the present book will at least initiate a debate on the worthiness of present delegation of powers system in India.
