R.L. Panigrahy (born in 1975) possesses the qualification of post Graduation in Economics from Berhampur University, Orrisa; PGDCA from India Education Centre, New Delhi; Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Madurai Kamraj University, Tamil Nadu. He had worked since 2nd Dec.â€™ 96 in Rayagada Collage, Rayagada, Orrisa as Computer Teacher and now working as a Computer Teacher in Science Collage, Hinjilicut, Orrisa. He is teach9ng both Under Graduate and Graduate students. He is the author of the boos â€“â€œ HRD & Labour Welfareâ€ from Mohit Publications, New Delhi; 4 books are ready for publication. He has contributed many articles are presented in different state and national level conferences and 8 articles are published. He has participated in 3 national conferences and workshops, 8 state conferences, 5 literary conferences. Dasarathi Bhuyan

Dr. Dasarathi Bhuyan (born 1965) is a prominent odiya short story writer, columnist, novelist, feature writer and researcher. He did his M.A. and Ph.D. in political science form Brahmapur University, Orissa. He is the author of a dozen of books in odiya as well as English. He is a regular contributor to various newspapers and magazines. He is currently teaching in the department of political science, belaguntha science college (an affiliated College of Brahmapur University) in Ganjam district, Orissa.
