Synopsis Instructional designs provide the scientific basis for the instructional system. It develops the professional skills and efficiency of the teachers in systems planning, organizing, operating and evaluating the educational systems in which technology plays an important role. Technology involves various strategies and tactics both on software and hardware which are to be adopted by the teacher during teaching-learning processes to focus on effective students’ learning. Through such updated technology he formulates the instructional objectives during the instructional planning. Accordingly, he processes the instructional design in exposing the subject content through varieties of teaching styles and methods, instructional skills and approaches, and finally evaluate and feedback the learning outcome for achieving a unified goal for students’ quality learning. The major premise of this book is therefore, concerned with the problems of developing and organizing the instructional design for the effective teaching-learning processes for achieving the desired learning outcomes.
