Rima Pai is an Engineer based in the Silicon Valley in the United States. With a high-profile job and fast-paced life with two kids, she had always ignored her health. As the years went by, she discovered that her weight kept fluctuating and she’d developed certain medical conditions. Finally, she decided that it was time to take charge and that's when she heard about the Keto Diet through a friend and discovered its health benefits while losing weight! The only hurdle was that everywhere she looked, she could only find Western recipes—and she loved her Indian Desi food. That's when the creative spark came to light and she had fun creating mouth-watering Indian recipes that adhered to the diet. This was one diet which she just loved being on!
