Dr. Samar Deb. M.Com., B.Ed., LL.B., Ph.D., NET, at present a Senior Lecturer, has been teaching management since 1994 in the Department of Commerce Gurucharan College, Silchar (Assam). He is the author of the famous book Contemporary Issues on Management. During his long career, he came in touch with various resource persons and scientists in inter-disciplinary subjects, while attending many conferences, workshops, seminars, refresher and orientation courses.
