About the author

Birendra Prasad

Born in April 1945, Dr. Birendra Prasad has a brilliant academic record. From Matriculation upto M.A. the author has always been a first class degree holder. Joined D.A.V. College, Siwan in 1967 and again joined Post-Graduate Department of History, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya in early 1968. Since then he is teaching Post-Graduate students. Secured Ph.D. degree in 1976 on the thesis entitled â€œIndian Nationalism and Asia, 1900-1947â€, From Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, Bihar. The author has several research papers to his credit. His another book captioned â€œReadings in Indian Historiographyâ€ is to come out very soon.
