Dr. S. Mohanan is a Reader in the Research and Post-graduate Department of Commerce in Mahatma Gandhi College, Thiruvanthapuram, kerala. He has more than twenty years of teaching experience at the under-graduate and post graduate levels. He secured his M.Com. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of kerala. A Number of Students are now doing research under his guidance. He has published a number of articles in reputed journals and has also presented papers in seminars at the national level.

Dr. K.K. Jacob is Selection Grade Lecturer in the Postgraduate Department of Commerce in St. Aloysiusâ€™ College, Edathua, Alappuzha, Kerala. He secured his M.Com., M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of kerala. He has more than 20 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has a number of publications to his credit in reputed journals. Dr. S.
