Mr. Krishna Kumar Singh, author of this book, was born on 27th December, 1953. He is Master of Science in Mathematics, MBA in HR and Marketing and Certified Associate of Indian Instiute of Bankers. Singh is a result oriented administrator with nearly 36 years of rich experience in the Civil & Defence Services. He is also an Ex-Serviceman. a Banker and HR/Administration/ IR professional.

As maestor HR and Administration columnist, he became known-to-earth, practical approach to HR and Administration. He has been interfacing with Management for implementing HR Policies & Procedures in line with core organizational objectives.
