Nilendra Kumar

Maj. Gen. Nilendra Kumar has been the Judge Advocate General of Indian Army. An alumini of Lucknow University and Jamna Lal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, he had passed out form the National Defence Academy in Dec 1968. He was commissioned in Regiment of Artillery and took part in 1971 was on the western front. He has wide experience of conducting a number of courts martial. A prolific writer on military law, he addresses issues concerning security, jurisprudence, human rights, law of war and defence procurements.
