The book entitled "Nationalism in Portuguese Africa" critically investigates the basic nature and characteristics of the portuguese colonial policy in Africa, with a particular focus on Angola. Penetration of Portugal in Africa is an important issue in the study of the colonial history. As a result, a separate chapter has been devoted to this particular area. Economic factor has always been an important consideration in the colonisation of Africa.
