About the author

Abha Rani

was trained as an art historian and obtained her Ph.D. from the Patna University, Patna. She has worked extensively on Tughluqs and their architecture. She has held research grant from Indian Council of Historical research for "Indo-Islamic Architecture of Bihar" During the last twenty five years she carried out research work on various fields of Indian art-history particularly Indo-Islamic architecture.
