He is recipient of award of Council of International Fellowship and visited Austria as guest speaker in Vienna, Presently he is Vice-President of Indian Society of Professional Social Work. He has participated in several conferences in India and abroad. He has visited several countries such as United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Hungary, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, U.S.A., Austria etc. His earlier publication is Hippies in India.
