Dr. Amita Singh (b. 1955) is a reader in the Department of Political Science in kamala Nehru College. University of Delhi,. She has been a sensitive and prolific writer on issues concerning the deprived sections of society. Her writings range from the ‘epistemology of Bertrand Russell’. ‘Russell’s internationalism’, Women’ : conservation: Vegetarianism to the environmental and grassroot issues such ask Regulating Hazardous industries’, women and the new Panchayat regime’, ‘Designing clean and green villages’, Mass Media andvillage development and Project Mankind’, Besides these published papers in the country’s prestigious journals, newspapers and magazines. She has contributed to a vegetarian anthology from Santa Monica University (USA) , and has also written a book on ‘The Political Philosophy of Bertrand Russell’ which was published in 1987 by Mittal Publications.

Dr. Neelma Kunwar is officer in-charge of Department of Extension, Communication Management, College of Home science, C.S. Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur (U.P.). She obtained Ph.D. and D.Sc. degrees in Agricultural Extension from B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra (U.P.) during 1993 and 2004. She has published 20 research papers in National journals and 109 popular articles in magazines of repute. She has received award under A.R. Bhatt Award Scheme of Small Scale Industries, Ministry of GOI on her book Grameen Mahilaon Ke Liye Swatah Rozgar. She is member of Professional Women's Advisory Board of the USA and expert in Research Degree Committee, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi (U.P.) and SIRD, Lucknow (U.P.). At present, 3 and 5 students have been awarded with M.H.Sc. and Ph.D. degree, respectively.
