Shailendra Kumar Sinha

Shailendra Kumar Sinha has more than 27 years of experience of teaching, conducting and guiding research work. He passed M.Sc. (Zoology) with Environmental Biology or Ecology as special paper and joined as commissioned Lecture in 1981 in Ranchi University, Ranchi. He did his Ph.D. in the field of 'Parasitology'. Presently Dr. Sinha is Reader & Head of the Department of Zoology. He has supervised Ph.D. theses and published many research papers. Some of his popular articles on Environmental problems are published in local dailies and magazines. He has been awarded fellowship of Zoological Society of India and National Environmentalist Association. He is also having experience of working in Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). At present he is actively engaged in research work in the field of Ecology.
