Dr. V. Govinda Reddy has M.A. (Eng.), M.A. (Soc.), M.Sc. (Psy.), M.Ed., B.L. Ph. D. (Education). At present he is working as teaching faculty in the Department of Education, Sri Krishnasevaraya University, Anantapur (A.P.). He is having the credit of 6 research papers in national journals, 10 research papers presented in international and national conferences/Seminars and 2 M.Phil.
