Dr. S.A. Palekar is a Senior Reader in the Department of Political Science, Gulbarga University, Gulbarga. His Ph. D., work is the first of its kind in the field of Political Science on Basaveshware. He has Published several books and papers on Basaveshwara’s philosophy. He has also presented research papers on different aspects of political-science in national and international conferences. He has been teaching Indian Administration at Post graduate level for the last 10 years.
