About the author

Eugene D'Souza

Eugene D'Souza has been practicing law for the past eighteen years. He has a Master's degree in Law from the University of Bombay and has also studied criminal jurisprudence at the University of Amsterdam. He is particularly interested in juvenile crime and rehabilitation mechanisms and in this context he has published several papers in leading law journals. He is presently Senior Partner in the law firm of Diwakar, Dastur and D'Souza, specialising in Industrial and Labour Law in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
