Synopsis This new text provides a theoretical framework to enable students to place organisational practice in a theoretical context. It thus constitutes a solid knowledge base in organisational theory, and in the application of that theory, for both undergraduate students and those on postgraduate and MBA programmes who are studying organisational theory or organisational behaviour.
