Prof. J.S. Sodhi is the Director of the Shri Ram Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources(SRC). Prof. Sodhi has over three decades of experience in Teaching,  Consultancy and Research in the areas of Industrial Relations in the areas of Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management. He has been a Visiting Professor to a number of Universities abroad and a Consultant to many National and international Organisations like ILO, Swedish International Development Agency. He has been a keen researcher and has authored/edited 14 books, 20 monographs 43 articles.
