Synopsis E-justice is use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the judicial system. Use of ICT in justice system primarily helps increase administrative efficiency and access. S. Jaya Krishna holds an MBA degree from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. Earlier, he worked as a faculty member in management at various business schools. At present, he is a faculty member and consulting editor at ICFAI Books, an affiliate of the ICFAI University. He is also the consulting editor for The ICFAI Journal of Supply Chain Management published by the ICFAI University Press. He is a regular contributor of articles to various magazines and journals published by the ICFAI University Press. He has already edited a few books, also published by the ICFAI University Press. His areas of interest are management information system, supply chain management, knowledge management, e business etc.

Naveen Kumar Agarwal

Naveen Kumar holds a M.Phil. degree from Department of Business Economics, University of Delhi, Delhi. He is presently working as a Faculty Associate with Icfai Research Centre, Hyderabad. He has around seven years of research experience in the field of social sciences. He has been awarded fellowship for Doctoral Programme in 2003 from National Centre of Competence in Research (NCCR) North-South, Switzerland (a joint project of Swiss National Science Foundation and Swiss Agency for Corporation and Development). He has presented his research not only at different places in India but also in many countries like Bangladesh, Switzerland, Nepal, Kyrgyzstan, etc. His articles have been published in various national and international refereed journals. His areas of interests include urban poverty, slums, migration, education, child labour, water & sanitation, environment, banking and labor & development
