R. N. Singh has done his M.A. (History) and Ph.D. from Bhagalpur University. He specialized himself in Indian History and Culture. He has written several important books and research papers in journals of national and international repute. He taught in M.M.D. College, Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. Presently, h e is doing pst-doctoral research under Commonwealth Fellowship.
