B. Sujatha

B Sujatha is a Cost Accountant and MBA with specialization in Finance. She is presently working as Consulting Editor at Icfai Business School Research Center, Chennai. She has over fifteen years of industry experience in the areas of finance, accounting, audit and administration. She worked with the Oil & Natural Gas Corporation for ten years. Before joining Icfai, she was incharge of Finance and Administration for a group of companies in Botswana for four years. Her areas of interest include management, business strategy and corporate finance.

Vasuki Mathivanan

Vasuki M is a psychologist having done her Ph.D in the field of cognitive Psychology from Madras University. She has over 14 years of experience in the field of Counseling, Research and Psychological Assessment. She has conducted various workshops for teachers, students of many academic institutions and sensitization workshops for Women Police. She has presented Research papers in the International conferences and published papers, case studies and articles in many journals and books. She was nominated to present a research paper at the conference organized by WAAMA (World Abacus Association of Mental Arithmetic) China. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society Ltd (APA), Madras Association of Applied Psychology (MAAP) and Chennai Counselors Forum (CCF).
