Salil Kumar

Dr. Salil Kumar obtained his Master's Degree in Psychology from Kanpur University and was awarded Ph.D. degree by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi. His area of specialization is Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Recently he has taken up training of Senior Executives of Voluntary Organizations in Project Formulation and Management. Dr. Kumar has diversely used different training techniques and has evluved his own techniques of instruction for effective training at various levels. He is actively involved at present in HRD and Management Development (MD) in the area of women and child development.
