Synopsis With the volume of air traffic steadily growing and airspace congestion consequently increasing, the control and regulation of such air traffic assume greater and greater importance. Yet, the average individual or even the regular air-traveller whose safety depends on air traffic control, has little or no knowledge of the way it functions, mainly because of the lack of access to such information. This book explains in a simple and interesting manner the basic concepts of air traffic control and how it is exercised in the present day scenario.
