Gara Latchanna

Dr. Gara Latchanna did his post graduation in Economics (1981-1983), Education (1983-1985) and postgraduate diploma in Environmental Studies in (1994) from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. He was awarded PhD, degree in Education for his work on "A Comparative study of Tribal and Non Tribal Primary Schools" by Andhra University. At present, he is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Education, Andhra University, Vsakhapatnam. He has good experience in research undertaking, publications and administrative work at various levels. He is also a member in various professional/academic bodies such as, NCTE, SRC, and BOS in Education etc.
