Dr. P.C. Pande, M.Sc. (Bombay), Ph.D., F.I.F.S., F.B.S., F.E.S., presently Reader in Botany, Kumaon University, S.S.J. Campus, Almora. Dr. Pande obtained his Ph.D. on â€œFlora of Almora Districtâ€ in 1985. Since then he is actively involved in researches of various fields of botany, viz., taxonomy, Ethnobotany, Ecology and IPRs. He has published more than 80 research research papers and is author and editor to 4 books. He is currently engaged on research of Traditional knowledge system of Medicinal plants of Uttaranchal.
