The study focuses on two industrial plants located in two districts of Uttar Pradesh, India in the general frame of industrialization. The analysis shows the possibility of reduction of generation of fly ash per unit of final output, the possibility of transforming fly ash generated in one industrial plant into final product within the same or in another industrial plant, and also the health effect of spread of fly ash.
