He is Ph.D. from Basnaras Hindu University in 1980. he worked there as a Senior scientific Officer for 4 years and worked on “Screening of medicinal and Aromatic Plants for insecticle usage”. Published 23 research paper in the National and International Periodicals during a span of 5 years. He is a pioneer of mulberry sericulture on commercial basis in Vidarbha region. Established Noble ceramics Pvt. Ltd. In 1986 a ceramic and refractory manufacture unit and Venketshwara Project Consultancy a consultation firm for agriculture and Ago Industries. Advising thousands of farmers many agro and medicinal and aromatic plant processing units in 8-10 Indian States. Awarded Rastriya Udyog Shiromani in 1998 for outstanding entrepreneur in small Scale Industries. Awarded. Awarded “Hind Gaurav” and “Millennium Person” in 200 for awareness in agriculture and faming. Published following books –Aushadi va Sugandhi vanasaspatinchi Vyavasayic Lagwad” (Marathi) in 2006; “Aushadiya Vanaspatiya” in 2004 (Hindi); Sugandhiya Vanaspatiya” in 2004 (Hindi); Natural herbs –A Home remedy in 2004 (English); Wonderful world of herbs –A natural remedy in 2005 (English).
