Published 23 research paper in the National and International Periodicals during a span of 5 years. He is a pioneer of mulberry sericulture on commercial basis in Vidarbha region. Established Noble ceramics Pvt. Ltd. In 1986 a ceramic and refractory manufacture unit and Venketshwara Project Consultancy a consultation firm for agriculture and Ago Industries. Advising thousands of farmers many agro and medicinal and aromatic plant processing units in 8-10 Indian States. Awarded Rastriya Udyog Shiromani in 1998 for outstanding entrepreneur in small Scale Industries. Awarded. Awarded “Hind Gaurav” and “Millennium Person” in 200 for awareness in agriculture and faming.
