Synopsis The tactical, strategic and ultimate objectives of the terrorist groups are achieved either by conventional or unconventional form of terrorism or violence. It is caused by Bacillus anthracis, a Gram-positive, aerobic, spore-bearing, rod-shaped organism. The spores of anthrax bacteria are highly resistant to chemical and environmental influence and can survive for years in certain types of soils and animal products e.g. wool and hides. The cutaneous anthrax is more frequent form of the disease then the inhalation type.
