Synopsis Social responsibilities of scientists, technologists, and managers has been the foremost concern of great scientists and social thinkers for many years, and this has often been debated through various for a and from different perspectives. This book highlights development and growth of organization and society through auditing, monitoring and forecasting of the impact of scientific and technological developments and managerial assumptions. In fact knowledge about technological analysis remains incomplete without understanding its effects on people. Based on the contributions of scientists, technologists and administrators, this book brings out the socio-technical concerns for development.
