H H A Bourai

A keen researcher and prolific writer Dr. H.H.A. Bourai has filled many important posts. He taught Teacher Education Courses and Administration of Education and served as Dean, Faculty of Education, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He also served as Professor of Philosophy of Education, and Principal, Post-Graduate Teachers’ Training College, Sardarshahr (Rajasthan). Lately, he was Vice-Chancellor, HNB Garhwal University, Srinagar (Pauri-Garhwal). Dr. Bourai edited a research Journal Avaghan, published by Gandhi Vidya Mandir, for several years and guided fundamental and functional research at M.Ed. and Doctorate level.
