R. Rama Krishna

Dr. R. Rama Krishna (b. 1955) is currently a Research Associate in the Department of Cooperation and Applied Economics, Andhra University, Waltair. He was awarded Ph.D. by the Andhra University, for the thesis entitled "Indebtedness among Landless Agricultural Labour Households and the Role of Institutional Finance-A Case Study of Nakkapalli Block of Visakhapatnam district, AndhraPradesh". He was associated with eight research projects conducted by the Centre for Planning and Development Studies, Agro-Economic Research Centre, Department of Andhra Pradesh, ICRISAT and NABARD. He has published 10 research papers in various academic journals. At present he is working for his post-doctoral research on "Interlinked Loan Transactions and Non-monetary Costs: An Analysis of Village Survey Data in Andhra Pradesh".
