Dr. Shiv Raj Singh (b. 1949) obtained his Master’s degree in Public Administration from Panjab University, Chandigarh. He was awarded M.Phil degree in Political Science and Ph.D. in Public Administration from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. He has many distinctions to his credit both at College and University level. He joined Himachal Pradesh University in 1973 as Assistant Professor. Dr. Singh has contributed a number of Research Papers and participated in several seminars, workshops and conferences at national level. He is also a member of Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi and All India Public Administration Association. Apart from teaching, Dr. Singh has been actively participating in various academic and administrative bodies of Himachal Pradesh University. He was an elected teachers’ representative to the H.P. University Executive Council, the highest decision making body. He was also a member of Academic Council, University Court and Faculty of Social Sciences of the University. Presently Dr. Singh is a member of Post-Graduate Board of Studies of Himachal Pradesh Univesity.

Dr. M.P. Shrivastava is an eminent social scientist with Ph.D., D.Litt. to his academic credit. He has taught post-graudate classes for more than three decades. His main interests are research, research guidance, international consultancy, coordination, policy planning, editing and publication. A firm believer in Idnian cultural ethos, he has deep faith in yoga, spiritualism, meditation and Vedic astrology. he has traveled widely to lecture on Peace and conflict Resolution.
