He has one book to his credit entitled ‘Scheduled Caste in Indian Politics and Society’. Currently he is working as Reader and Head. Department of political science, St. Francis de Sales College (Nagpur University), Nagpur. He is also an Executive Member, Maharashtra Political Science and Public Administration Association.
