Rajeev Narayan

Dr. Rajeev Narayan, B.Sc., M.P.A., Ph.D., Deputy Director, in the Regional Centre For Urban And Environmental Studies (RCUES), Lucknow University, Lucknow. He is a unique combination of a trainer, researcher and a teacher in the field of urban administration and management. Dr. Narayan has participated in a number of national and international training programmes including international training on “Planning & Administering Good Governance” at AIT, Bangkok, Thailand and a Training on “Public-Private Partnership” by IP3 of USA. He is a prolific writer and has contributed a number of research papers in the national and international seminars/conferences and journals. Dr. Narayan is co-author of books on “Capacity Development For Urban Governance” and Public-Private Partnership in Urban Services”. Presently is also the editor of “Urban Panorama’ a bi-annual journal and the quarterly “News Letter” of RCUES, Lucknow.
