Dr. E. Sulaiman secured his M.Com Degree with First class in 1997 from the University of Kerala and joined as UGC Research Fellow for Doctoral Degree in the Faculty of Commerce. He was awarded Ph.D. Degree in Commerce by the University of Kerala for his thesis entitled "A Study on the working of Poultry Industry in Kerala A Comparison Tamil Nadu" in the year 2003. He has brilliant academic record all through his carrier. He has published five research papers in reputed journals and presented two papers in international and national level semianrs. Currently, he is working as Lecturer in Commerce, Mannaniya College of Arts and Science, Pangode, Kallara (via), Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

Dr. B. Vijayachandran Pillai is Reader in the P.G. and Research Dept. of Commerce, Mahatma Gandhi College, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. He has over 23 eyars teaching experience at both PG and UG levels. He secured his M.Com Degree with first class in 1983 and Doctor of philosophy in Commerce in 1994 both from University of Kerala. He has written a book on Auditing and published 32 research papers in variuos reputed national and international journals. Two research scholars have successfully completed their Ph.D. Degree under his supervision.
