Synopsis Petroleum prospecting is an art. The search for petroleum requires a multidisciplinary approach. The objective of volume five is to give detail to readers about petroleum geochemistry, petroleum geology, and petrology. The objective of volume six is to give detail to readers about surveying, geophysical field system, seismic stratigraphy, and log analysis of subsurface geology. The objective of volume seven is to give detail to readers about drilling and drilling fluids, well cementing, production and transport of oil natural gas. The objective of volume eight is to give detail to readers about petroleum prospecting, petrography, and vertical seismic profiling. This pack of encyclopaedia having eight volumes will help to promote understanding and communication among users. Petroleum science and engineering is very diverse field, it requires many more volumes to cover it completely.
