The Masnavi (In 2 Volumes)

Jalalu-din Rumi (Author)
Synopsis The author contrasts the love of God, which is real, eternal and absolute, with the love of man towards him. Which is unreal, adventitious and relative and depends for its manifestation upon God’s antecedent love. Author discloses the conditions of the undertaking of work and he also implies that during two year’s intermission between the conclusion of the first book and commencement of the second he has not come under those conditions.
