Anil Kishore Sinha

Dr. Anil Kishore Sinha, M.Sc., Ph.D., Ranchi is Reader in the Department of Anthorpology, Panjab University, Chandigarh. Earlier, he was Research Associate in the Department of Anthropology, Ranchi University and Lecturer (Senior Scale), G.G. University, Bilaspur (M.P.), He did extensive fieldwork in the tribal areas of Bihar, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Madhya Pradesh. A member and life member of a number of national professional societies, he is currently engaged, besides teaching, in research of interdisciplinary nature in Anthropology. He has authored two books and over two dozens of articles in the national journals of repute.
