Ramesh Tiwari studied at the Chaudhary Charan Singh University in Meerut from where he did Master in Business Administration and followed it up with a doctorate in the same subject. He began his academic career as a lecturer in a Government College at Meerut and is now Human Resource Development (HRD) Manager with a multinational company in Mumbai. He has contributed many articles to leading journals and magazines on his particular area of interest, which includes organizational behaviour, human resource management and its related subject.
