Dr. S.K. Agnihotri is the former Chief Secretary of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanager. He has rich administrative experience. He is a noted scholar on North East India. He has authored many books on small tribes of North East India. Currently, he is the Secretary of National Foundation for Communal Harmony, New Delhi.
