Paul R. Timm

Paul R. Timm, Ph.D. has become one of America’s foremost experts on customer loyalty. He has written 38 books and scores of articles on customer service, human relations, communication, and self-management. He holds a doctorate degree from Florida State University in organizational communication and is a professor of Management Communication in the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. He also teaches in the executive MBA program at the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration in Finland.
