Dr. Aparna Mandal (b. 1946) M.A. (Cal), M Phil, Ph.D. (J.U.) is Reader and Head of the department of History Baruipur College, South 24 Parganas. Smt. Aparna Mandal obtained 1st class in Persian language from Ramkrishna Mission Institute of Culture, Calcutta and published a good number of articles in Journals. She is a member of the CORPUS Research Institute and Institute of Historical Studies Calcutta.
